The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) has released their final set of disclosure recommendations and guidance, aligning with the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. The framework covers governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics/targets, with general requirements ensuring consistency. Core global and sector-specific metrics aid in disclosure, guided by seven principles. TNFD offers a “Getting Started” guide and additional resources for organizations adopting the recommendations.
