Microsoft Buys 1.4M Tonnes of Carbon Removal Credits to Reforest U.S. Mined Lands

April 25, 2025

Microsoft is making bold moves to achieve its climate targets by securing 1.4 million tonnes of carbon removal credits from Living Carbon, a nature-based solutions provider dedicated to restoring degraded landscapes through reforestation.
