Happy Two-Year Anniversary to our Sustainability Specialist, Paula Figueroa Delgado!

Paula leads our livestock sector projects with unmatched expertise, dedication, and passion. Growing up on a cattle ranch in Colombia, Paula has a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience that has enabled her to successfully execute numerous projects at the cutting-edge of agricultural sustainability. In addition, her exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to get things done – and done well – are just a few of the reasons we’re so lucky to have her!

Paula is not only a master of her craft but also a fantastic teacher and true leader, always generously sharing her knowledge with the team, and representing our organization at industry events. And on top of all that, she’s a joy to work with, fostering a fun, open, and collaborative work environment!
