New release from Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC)! Their new discussion paper is all about ‘Facilitating Projects on Crown and Public Land in Canada’s Greenhouse Gas Offset Credit System’ 🌿

The paper outlines considerations for federal offset projects on provincial Crown land or public land in the territories, including respecting Indigenous rights, acknowledging provincial and territorial roles, and demonstrating entitlement for offset credits.
