Dairy Farmers of Canada and Starbucks Canada have teamed up to boost sustainability in the dairy sector.
Starbucks pledges $500,000 to support dairy sustainability projects this year. The collaboration focuses on rewarding farmers for environmental best practices, with additional funding for FCC’s Dairy Sustainability Incentive Program.
This initiative aligns with Starbucks’ goal to reduce carbon emissions, water usage, and landfill waste by 50% by 2030. Together, they aim to ensure a sustainable future for Canadian dairy farming.
